with Min. of Master of Laws or JD, or U.S. foreign equivalent. The position is required to work under supervision of Licensed attorneys to assist clients with information on immigration benefits and work with clients to prepare petitions, prepare motions and present arguments and process appellate work. Report to Managing Attorney and maintain client files and work on firm defined case management database. Able to research using Lexis Nexis.

Working Hours : Full-time 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
